When asked to describe Fellowmind’s culture, Arvid highlights its collaborative, engaged, and customer-oriented nature. "We really work together and help each other, everyone doing the little extras to deliver successful solutions to our customers. We also have a lot of fun and respect for each other."
Supportive environment
Arvid's favorite aspect of Fellowmind’s culture is the supportive environment within the teams and throughout the company. "Asking for help or feedback is always welcomed.” Arvid recalls the times when projects has reached critical phases, or some problem arise. The entire team rallies together, offering support and sharing their expertise, which not only solves the problem but also strengthened their bond.
In his role, Arvid is dedicated to helping his colleagues and ensuring that solutions and projects work together seamlessly. "I love to help, so I try to be as supportive as I can for my colleagues. From a technical perspective, I focus on our solutions and projects from an overall perspective, to get everything to work together as a whole."

Arvid has many positive memories from his time at Fellowmind, particularly from projects where they have provided real value to customers. However, the standout experiences for him are those times when he has had the chance to meet and work with colleagues from Fellowmind across different teams and countries. "Broadening the perspective and sharing experiences is something great about being part of Fellowmind for me personally. Meeting colleagues from other countries or teams, experts in their areas, is very inspiring and energizing. We have for example some councils within different areas where we can meat across these team and regional borders.”
